What do you charge?
On-site computer service is billed at $150 an hour.
What is your cancellation policy?
Scheduled appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to service.
How does billing work?
Payment is due upon completion of service.
What areas do you service?
Computer service is provided to Eugene, Springfield, Junction City and Coberg. Other cities in Oregon may be available by request.
What kind of things can you help with?
If it plugs into an electrical outlet, then we can probably help you with it. We don’t physically repair devices or computers, just support the software.
